Suppose that you have a request from a tutor for a student record form. The tutor has email and doesn't necessarily need a hard copy of the record - or perhaps they want a student record form for a student and they don't mind printing it out - you can put a student record form in PDF format right from MIS2000. Then you compose the email to the tutor and attach the PDF to their email.
Start by locating the record or records of interest in MIS2000.
Then go to Snap! Reports as shown below.

When you scroll though the Snap! Reports you will see a number of choices. If you look closely you will notice that this student dropped out of school so for that reason I will use the Student Record Report - School Year - Continuation

To have the data for our student AGOOD EXAMPLE to come up in the report we need to choose a filter and supply a value that will get his record. You may have to scroll a little to the right to see all the notes on the graphic below.

Clicking on the Run Report icon leads you to the screen below. If your screen has no data you have to go back and check your filter(s).

If you have the data that you want to share then you can print it or create a PDF as shown below. Once you have have chosen PDF or another desired format you will have to come up with a name for a file.
You can also choose a location for the file.

Now you have the file created and saved. Compose an email to the person who requested the information and use the Attach button to attach the file to the outgoing email.
