Description

This interactive 90-minute discussion and show-n-tell of resources is designed to support students and families approaching their first day of HS. During our time we will check out two Migrant Educator-inspired resources!

  1. MIGRANT EDUCATOR Checklist - Intro to HS for Incoming 9th Graders
  2. FAMILY Resource - Intro to HS for Incoming 9th Graders - ENGLISH

We will brainstorm strategies and unique approaches to supporting individual students and families during the breakout room time. Leave with ideas to use tomorrow with your current 8th grade students!
