We are excited to share this short video, and we appreciate the enthusiasm from all who have seen it and want to share it with others. After viewing, one migrant educator expressed how wonderful it would be to show the short film to school districts in order to give them a better understanding of the NYS-MEP, the range of educational programs and support services that the program provides, and the migratory children and families that the program serves! The video was made to do just that- to assist in communicating the what, who, when, where, and how of the NYS-MEP and to inspire support and collaboration with schools, school districts, and community partners.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the students, parents, educators, and directors who agreed to be interviewed and filmed. We also want to thank everyone who provided help and support with the project.
