NYS-MEP Video

We are excited to share this short video, and we really appreciate the enthusiasm from folks who have seen it for wanting to share it with your students and families and the community-at-large. After viewing, one Migrant Educator expressed how wonderful it would be to show the short film to school districts in order to give them a better understanding of the New York State Migrant Education Program (NYS-MEP), the range of educational programs and support services that the program provides, and the migratory children and families that the program serves!

Below you will find a link for accessing the video online and another link which you can use to download the mp4 file and save it to any of your local devices. Please feel free to share these links.

This video was made to assist in effectively communicating the what, who, when, where, and how of the NYS-MEP and to inspire support and collaboration with schools, school districts, and community partners.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the students, parents, educators, and directors who agreed to be interviewed and filmed. We also want to thank everyone who provided help and support with this project. The interviews and scenes from each location show and tell a wonderful story of the New York State Migrant Education Program (NYS-MEP).
