(2025) Join us for an overview of wage protections, including changes to the minimum wage and the overtime threshold for farmworkers. We will also discuss common wage theft schemes, strategies for protecting yourself against wage theft, and what you can do if you are a victim of wage theft. 

(2025) Eligibility can be complicated, and although understanding all of the tricky ins and outs is the responsibility of our ID&R team, it is useful for everyone who works for the MEP to understand the basics of eligibility- who qualifies and doesn’t qualify for our program, and why- in order to make eligibility referrals to recruiters.
