Eligibility Guidelines for the Migrant Education Program

(2025) Eligibility can be complicated, and although understanding all of the tricky ins and outs is the responsibility of our ID&R team, it is useful for everyone who works for the MEP to understand the basics of eligibility- who qualifies and doesn’t qualify for our program, and why- in order to make eligibility referrals to recruiters.
