Join the conversation to learn about the new and updated NYS-MEP student forms being used in 2026-27. We will focus on the:  

• Academic Service Intensity Rubric (ASIR)
• NYS-MEP Service Delivery Plan Required Services Chart
• Student Needs and Data Elements
• Out of School Youth (OSY) Profile 
• Personal Learning Plan (PLP) 
• Supplemental Service Codes

Leave with an understanding of the new SDP data that you will interact with throughout the year.
