Mindfulness in Minutes: Enhancing Resilience
(2020) In this time of uncertainty, unforeseen challenges, and change, we need to learn how to be resilient, exploring ways to reduce stress as we clear the mind and calm the body. We need to be able to center in the moment and do what needs to be done–with clarity, focus, and compassion for self and others. One way to help ourselves be resilient is to practice mindfulness.
